What is the minimum order?
36 pieces per design. Colors, sizes and garments may be assorted.
When will I get my order?
In house production time is usually 2-3 weeks, and UPS ground shipping across the
country is 5-7 working days from California. Orders placed in advance with a “ship date” will
have priority. If you have an event please tell us!! Most of the time we can
accommodate a special event but please give us as much lead time as possible.
Can I get the design on a different color shirt?
Yes, we print to order. Some designs look the best on dark colors and others on light
colors due to the nature of the artwork, we can help guide you to the best choices.
Can I get a name drop?
We include a FREE name drop with the minimum order of 3 dozen per design. We
will typeset to match the shirt the copy you provide us (usually 2-3 lines of type)
OR we will be happy to use you one color logo.
Where do you put the name drop?
Most designs work well with the name drop on the left sleeve. On some designs
the name drop looks better on the front, we will discuss this with you when you
place your order.
I want to send my logo, what are the artwork requirements?
We would like a clean TIFF file, 300 dpi or more, file size
between 500-2500K sent to riwear@earthlink.net or on a disk by mail.
We can also work with clean black and white images printed on paper, mail
them via the post office to Reflective Images, 42 Digital Dr. #10, Novato,
CA 94949. Please do not fold the artwork!
Do you do custom designs?
Yes
What are the charges involved in custom artwork?
If we are doing a simple modification of one of our own designs, there are
no art or set up charges with a minimum of 72 pieces on the initial order. The
prices are the same as our preprinted shirts. More elaborate designs are billed
at $60.00 per hour for graphic design, $25.00 per screen/per color, and shirt
pricing will be quoted. Our preferred time to work on custom projects is October
thru February, during peak production months, March thru August it is a
challenge to turn custom designs around quickly.
Do I get to approve the artwork?
All custom work requires a final signed art approval before going to production.
Do I get a prototype?
We provide paper proofs or PDFs for art approval. Please contact us if you
would like information on prototypes.
Can I get an ink that doesn't GLOW?
Yes, we print all jobs to order. Please contact us if you are interested in running
any of our designs with flat or alternate color inks.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted for damaged or defective goods with credit or replacement.
Custom orders are not refundable unless defective.
Can you accommodate a RUSH order?
We will expedite orders based on our current production schedule. UPS has options
such as Next Day Air, Second Day Air and Three Day Ground please contact us for a
quote based on your order.
What happens to a backorder?
The order remains in effect unless cancelled by the customer.
What are the terms?
Net 30 days with approved credit. Other orders may be COD or prepaid.
How do you Ship?
UPS ground to the continental 48 states, USPS Priority Mail to AK & HI unless
otherwise specified. FOB Novato, California.
How much is shipping?
It is based on the size/weight of your order, distance and type of service. Ground UPS
service is 4-7% of the cost of the order.
